Mr. Joseph Prieto was excellent. With my past experience of working with realtors first hand as i worked for a real estate company, he was so attentive to every need we had and as a woman, I had many things to say and was looking for in our first home. Not once did we feel rushed or like we had to bite down and hurry up and get something. He put a lot of time into our search and for that I am grateful. Joseph was very knowledgeable with what he was showing us and if he didn't know something, he found it out within the day and called us back right away to tell us. He listened to us and genuinely cared about what our needs were. We had snags in our escrow due to title being held up which upset us and Joseph reassured us, not to worry and that we would move in by the end of the month. Which we did! We couldn't be more pleased with his work and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family who are selling or buying their home. Who wouldn't want someone that is so attentive, pays attention to the small details and cares about your home buying experience? I know I do. Shout out to Mr. Prieto, he is great!
